Giuseppe Armani “Flowers shops for Sale” Miniature Figurine #0935-F

This is the Giuseppe Armani miniature figurine titled “Flowers for Sale” and numbered 0935-F shops. The “F” in the numbers indicates all one color – in this case all soft white porcelain. It was made in 1992. This piece comes in the original box and with the original accompanying Armani mini booklet.

The figurine is of a lovely barefoot young woman in a long off-the-shoulder dress pushing a small cart overflowing with flowers. There are several very small touches of color at the cart's wheel, along the top of her dress, and on her face. The figurine is affixed to the wood base. The wood base has a tiny brass plaque as shown in the photos. The Armani signature is at the rear bottom of the figurine. To the left of the signature is the copyright symbol with "1992 Florence". At the back bottom of the figurine is an "N" with a half-starburst above it in blue. The underside of the base has a small sticker “Made in Italy”. The base measures approximately 2 3/4 inches in diameter. The entire piece to include the base measures approximately 5 inches tall. The figurine itself measures approximately 2 7/8 inches wide at the widest portion at the bottom where the sculpture extends slightly over the base and approximately 1 1/2 inches wide in the opposite direction.

This piece is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs to be found anywhere. She is absolute perfection in her simplicity – so beautiful. And with a smile so beguiling, who could resist buying her flowers?
