The decanter is cut crystal, very clean, but has some scratching and scuffing on the base and I have not yet found any markings. The decanter is round and measures 4.50 inches across the bottom and is 2.00 inches across the rim. The actual opening shops is only 1.00 inch. It is 7.50 inches tall. The crystal is clean and clear, and the cuts are sharp with no damage. The neck is flat cut and the addition of a stopper that fits would make this a very nice decanter.
