Grand Theater Excellent used condition The sleeve has been taped back together on one side. It also has some creases and small tears. ————————————————— Beekman House This house in good condition except for a faded area of paint at the bottom left side of the house. There are also 3 bars missing from one of the fire escape landings. Sleeve has some wear and tear. Working light cord is included. ————————————————Parkside Holiday Brownstone 56.58937. Colored lights on house and lights on Branch Tree were tested and work. The shops following defects were observed; -a small nick in the paint near the balcony, photo # 9 -small chip/ paint worn off near stairs at rear of building, photo #10 Styrofoam is in very good condition but box has rips at the top and is HEAVILY STAINED. ——————————————— Red Brick Fire Station and The Fire Brigade The “F” in the “CCFD” is partially faded and there is scuffing at the underside, see photos. Working light cord is included. Fire Brigade- new old stock.
