Description - This is a really unique vintage maxi dress that I think is from the early 70s. It looks handmade to me. There is a cut out at the chest and on both sleeves. The cut outs have a drawstring around them that then ties in a shops bow below. It has a high neck and puffy sleeves. It zips up the back. Details Brand - Handmade Size - XS Shoulders - 12.25" across Chest - 16.5" pit to pit, stretches to 17.25" Sleeves - 22.5" Waist - 12" across, stretches to 13" Hips - approx 20" across Length - 57" Condition - I don't see any flaws.
