Charger is included but not pictured. I have always used it plugged in. I don't think the battery is any good, because it doesn't turn on without being plugged in and it's... always plugged in. I've never tried to use it as a portable speaker. One of the legs had fallen off so it was glued back on with super glue. SN: shops FC0006-0341867.
