It comes with a USB cable, an AC power cord, a quick setup guide with additional paperwork, a CD-ROM, a starter roll of DK die-cut standard address labels, and a shops starter roll of DK continuous durable tape. The box had been opened when I purchased it. I never used it, but I tested the printer for power. The plastic printer body has some minor scratches. The box has wear, tears, remnants of shipping labels, and stickers.
