Best straightener i've ever used! Works so well on my kinky hair. 9 foot cord, vibrating plates, heats up in seconds and gets a smooth finish. there are a couple tiny scratches on the plates as pictured, but it shops doesn't effect it in any way and it still works perfectly. Only reason i'm selling is because I was gifted a new straightener and I don't need 2. it's a little less than a year old so it still has a lot of use left in it!.
