Mushroom sprites, also known as Kabouter in the Netherlands, are small humanoid creatures that live underground, usually amongst or beneath the mycelium of a group of mushrooms. They often like to take on similar appearances to the shops mushrooms they dwell with. Thus the Kabouter of Amanita muscaria - Fly Agaric - are well known for their striking red-with-white-speckles hats, which mimic the toadstools cap. 

This little sprite is sculpted with paper clay, painted with acrylics and sealed. He measures 7" tall, his base is 2.75"x 2"
