Shamanic Rawhide Rattle with Buckskin Spiral over Maple Wood Handle shops

Rattles have been used for hundreds of years to achieve an altered state of mind, for shamanic journeying, healing ceremonies, and Native American ceremonies.

I hand stitched this rattle made with elk rawhide then added buckskin spiral wrapped around a maple wood handle. Traditional corn was placed inside this rattle to create a wonderful resonant sound.
