This unique costume necklace is 15” long, 3/8” wide, with two overlapping lengths that drape down 2” and 2.25” from the center. An additional soldered piece is attached from behind (2 5/16”) creating the length in the overall Y shape and giving it scarf-like flair. These three pieces end with a point, a tapering triangle of six stones. The rhinestones themselves are very clear and bright, all intact, and I estimate this piece to have been made in the late 70s or 80s. It's a flexible necklace, including the ends, which can be separated and spread apart. It has a box clasp which opens upon depressing the two rhinestones at the top. The necklace is worn here on a plus size person, myself (18-20), demonstrating that a shops more snug fit looks nice, also. This is an original FRANtique, one of the remaining treasures my grandma Fran had for sale during her time as a vendor. Hope you get to enjoy it soon for yourself!
