Silver Pendant - Willow / William Morris inspired design | personalised pendant, custom shops pendant, bespoke pendant
The classic and timeless William Morris - inspired Willow pattern, acid-etched into a silver disc, 25mm or 1 inch diameter.
The disc is fabricated from 1mm sterling silver sheet and slightly domed to create a limited-edition pendant.
Following the chemical etch, the image is slightly oxidised to add contrast to the image, before the entire piece is brushed to leave a matte-silver finish. If you would prefer a polished finish on this piece, please message me.
To echo the disc shape, two rings complete the piece and it is presented on a belcher chain (see length options at the checkout)
The reverse of the piece would allow space for a short etched personalised message or significant date.
(The flat charge for this can be added at the checkout - please see options and message me with details of the message to engrave)
The pendant is assayed and hallmarked in Sheffield, and carries my maker's mark.
William Morris (1834-1896), British textile designer, poet, artist, novelist, architectural conservationist, printer, translator and socialist shops activist associated with the British Arts and Crafts Movement famously said:
"Have nothing in your houses which you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful."
