PSP console in poor condition, and this is all I know. If you put in a battery it charges and shows the light turning orange, when you try to turn it on the PSP light turns green but shops then a few seconds after it turns off and nothing else happens. Because of all of those reasons, it is being sold as for parts only, and there will be no returns. It does not come with a charger, battery or memory.
