Beech wood is characterised by striking grain patterns which have a wonderful effect on the simple shape of the chopping boards. The boards are handmade by a craftsmen from Banyliv village in Karpatian Mountains, Ukraine, a place with long traditions in woodworking.

Wood Cutting Boards are not Dishwasher Safe. Hand wash only with soap and water without soaking or submerging the board. After wash, quickly wipe off excess water with a cloth to prevent water from soaking through the wood. This will eventually cause the wood to crack.
It is important to store your wood cutting boards in an open and airy environment to avoid bacteria growth. Any type of wood cutting board, if placed in a drawer or a cabinet, is susceptible to bacteria growth as most bacteria grow in a damp and confined environment.
