With the knowledge that we are one of very few wedding dress designers specialising in Black Gowns, we are making our range of shops dresses as varied as possible. The Studio: Our studio is in Bedfordshire, UK. To book an appointment, drop us a message via our Instagram or Facebook pages. Dresses are available to purchase & try on in our Bedfordshire based studio (UK) by appointment only.

Order Info: For purchases we recommend ordering at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. This allows time for the dress to be made and delivered as well time for any alterations. The recommended time can and will vary, we suggest contacting us to see how long our current production time is.

Returns: All of our Collection Gowns and Veils are made to order and are thus non-returnable or exchangeable. Our One Of A Kind Pieces are also non-refundable or exchangeable due to the delicate nature of the garments. Please bear this in mind when ordering. If you are unable to visit our studio we highly recommend trying on gowns of similar shapes prior to ordering to ensure you are happy with the shape ordered.
Our jewellery, accessories and veils are also non-refundable for hygiene purposes.

Payment: We accept Payment via Etsy platform however we can also set up payment plans. All of our payment plans are interest free, require a deposit and require the items to be paid off prior to receiving them.

Delivery: Delivery will be made once items have been completed, whole orders will be posted in one regardless of wait time. Accessories will take 1 week to dispatch when ordered without Gowns or Veils. One Of A Kind pieces will take 1 week to dispatch. Made to order pieces will be dispatched on completion, timings will be discussed on order.
International orders will be posted Vacuum Packed, this is done to save cost and for safety of delivery. UK orders will not be posted vacuum packed.
All orders will be insured for the value of the order.
