High Waisted Wide shops Leg Pant

shops High waisted, wide leg pants. Front closure is two snaps at waist. Two pleats at front and darts at the back.
Waist = 30" pulled tight, Hip = 41" max (in order to pull on), Inseam = 30 1/2" and Front Rise = 14 1/2".
Beautiful dark green fabric. Not sure of the content but contains wool. Small hole in fabric (see photo).
