Brand New Packaging is a little beat up and torn because ive had for about a year. Package is not sealed and did not come with a seal. You can tell it is brand new by looking at the product, packaging, and i assume turning it on will be some type of initial startup process. I want to clarify this again, item is brand new, never used, but box is damaged shops as visible in pics Black.
