Clean smoke free pet free home..10 sets... 4 are NIB, 3 NIB dolls, 3 sets are used ....the mansion comes with instructions no box has few missing pieces and a couple of substitutions Lights do work the sweet treats set is complete but shops missing a sticker for the 2 coffee cups, top dome, and the bakery case but works great, candy shop missing minor accessory pieces all stickers are included extra pieces…please ask questions if need more info.
