Vintage black velvet fabric. Not sure how to date this bit at least from the 90's, possibly older. This is not a stretch velvet. This fabric measures 46" by 52". Good vintage condition. There are some marks where the velvet shops seems to have been crushed in storage but I believe that these will come out easily if washed or treated with ice.
