Beautiful Scarce Vintage Figural Fish Brooch Signed Hollycraft with Iridescent "Lava Stones" and Pink Rhinestones with Faceted Green Rhinestone Eyes. This Brooch dates to the 1950s.

Hollycraft is known for quality materials and construction. The textured gold finish is antiqued (sometimes referred to as Russian), and the piece is accented with iridescent glass lava stones and rhinestones imitating amethysts, emeralds, opals, and other gems.

Measurements: Approximately 2 1/2" Long and 1 3/4" Wide.

Founded in 1938 as the Hollywood Jewelry Manufacturing Company, the firm changed its name in the 1940s and closed its doors in the 1970s. Although many Hollycraft pieces are available in secondary markets, animal designs such as this one are quite rare, if not impossible to find.
