These mills are made in an artisanal way from the selection of logs, sawing, drying, preparation, drilling, turning, finishing and marketing.

All our mills are equipped with Crushgrind® mechanism. These have a warranty of 25 year by the manufacturer. Made from ceramic, they are corrosion resistant and can grind pepper as well as salt or other spices. Easy to ajust , they ajust when you use.

The most wood species used are white ash, maple, black walnut, yellow birch, We also have depending of availability some wood like figured maple, birds eyes maple , spalted maple. We have also access to some wood from Canadian shops west cost and some imported wood. It is also possible to order others wood species and others design.
