Very rare and hard to find. Palpatine with light bluish grey hands and head. Only found in shops the imperial inspection. Good condition. Cape is a little creased but no sign of fraying Figure is sold as is - everything readily apparent is shown/listed in the description but some damages may still exist that I have not found.
