good / acceptable pre-owned condition. cover shows it's age. lots of wear on edge of spine, back part of cover has become detached. inner pages are yellowed / discolored from age, some have some writing on them. All pages can still be read but due to the delicate nature of the item I would suggest this as more of a collector's item.
