Like shops new Bought this almost 2 years ago at Best Buy. Never used because unfortunately my Surface Pro 3 attachment piece no longer works. I was told this by a Best Buy employee when trying to find the problem of why the keyboard would not respond. The problem was my surface and not the keyboard as they tested it there.
