This is an extremely beautiful original oil pastel painting shops surrounded by a solid and very heavy frame hand carved. It seems to be fairly old by the looks of the back. Artist is unknown this is one of many paintings found in my grandmother's attic who passed away. Up close it is extremely detailed with very smooth texture that the photo doesn't capture. It's approximately 24"x30".
