Fresh from an estate with lots of wonderful items, this is a gorgeous matte rayon dress with a paisley print and scattered beading on the upper and decorative "scarf". This is not a slinky cold rayon-it's woven to feel more like a linen or raw silk and has a slightly nubby texture.
Dress has a zip at the side and one at the back of the neck, 3/4 length sleeves and a decorative belt in back. The back yoke has interesting pleating details as shown in the 3rd photo. A gorgeous dress!
Marked a vintage size 14 which is sadly more like a 6 by today's standards. Excellent vintage condition. There may be a few missing bead strands along the edges but it is hard to tell as the beading is scattered deliberately.
