This listing is for a cook book which was published in 1949 shops and the author is Virginia McDonald who owned a very popular tea room in Gallatin, MO. This tea room was famous for the delicious food that was served as well as the beautiful presentation. This book is of her most popular dishes which were served in the tea room at the time. This is a hard cover book with 256 pages and it still has its dust jacket. No illustrations in book.

Condition: Good used condition. Book has dust cover which has some tears and discoloration around the edges. Book is cloth bound and when dust jacket is removed there is some fading. Pages are darkened from age. Inside front cover has a book plate and a name written in pen. No other writing in book. Spine is very tight. Please view all photos as they are part of the description.
