This is a modified 3ds with over 25 games on it with hshop installed which gives you the ability to download any game you desire . The only issue with the console is the bottom screen seems to have lost color and is only black and white . Apparently this can be simple issue with the ribbon cables and could be fixed relatively easily , but I don't have the experience or confidence to do so myself . So if you think you could fix it I think this is a good deal . The console is otherwise is shops (brand new ) condition and all buttons and shell feel very new and lightly used .
