GUC. Very few flaws. No stains. Glows in the dark at the bottom rim and some planets. Toggle is there and works perfectly. Cords are still sealed at the tip to keep from fraying. Overall great bag. If you are not familiar with lisa frank.. this is a MINI bag. Just a little taller than my hand. The most notable flaw is the alien on the back has one spot scratched from his arm.
