These rare, gorgeous JOHN JERRO hand sewn boudoir mules were sold at the exclusive BONWIT TELLER department store in Philadelphia .
The satin shoes are covered with black lace; the vamp has a large satin blush pink flower. The insoles are pink kid: outer soles are natural leather.
John Jerro shoes were sold nationally in department stores and boutiques. They were known for quality construction and beautiful styling . Jerro came from Syria to America in 1923 and settled in Brooklyn. He worked with his two other brothers. Their business closed in 1963.
