1960s Military Issue Sateen OG-107 Pants, shops Vintage Vietnam, Green 30x31

A vintage pair of Sateen OG-107 military issue pants from the Vietnam era, 1960s. The tag states they are cotton, type 1 class 1 and a size 30x31. The pant legs seem to be nearly an inch different in length.

Features button fly with hidden button holes that are very heavily starched and hard to open the holes. There are also two button holes on each inside pant cuff as shown.

Measurements taken flat:
Waist - 15" across (30" total)
Inseam - about 30" on the right leg and shops 31" on the left.

The pants have a very stiff, starched feel. Some signs of seam and pocket fading, and one spot of wear to the waist on the right side above the pocket. Otherwise in great shape.
