Beautiful porcelain pair of birds by Karl Ens Volkstedt of Germany. Not sure they are a couple of love birds, or a mother and child shops set. These highly collectible & rare pieces are stunning & beautifully detailed. This item has a green windmill with ENS marking, indicating it was handcrafted in Germany between 1930-1945, pre World War II. This delightful piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. A beautiful collector's find! Please see pictures for details.
