HOW TO MEASURE

HEIGHT: MEASURE YOUR HEIGHT FROM TOP OF HEAD TO TOES.

CHEST: MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR CHEST, KEEPING TAPE UNDER YOUR ARMPITS AND AROUND YOUR SHOULDER BLADES. HOLD TAPE LEVEL AND FIRMLY BUT NOT TIGHT.

TORSO: MEASURE THE LENGHT BETWEN THE SUPRASTERNAL NOTCH (VISIBLE DIP IN BETWEEN THE NECK AND THE TWO COLLARBONES) AND THE BASE OF THE CROTCH. HOLD VERTICAL LINE.

HIP: YOUR HIP MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE MEASURED AROUND THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR SEAT.

INSEAM: MEASURE FROM THE BASE OF THE CROTCH TO THE TOP OF THE SHOE OR TILL YOUR ANKLE BONE.
