70s Vintage Shirred Bust shops Prairie Dress

Beautiful 1970s prairie dress made in Canada by tootique. It is a prairie style maxi dress in a cream color with little pink shops, purple and green flowers. it has long sleeves, a shirred bust and shirred sleeves that cinch at the sleeve for a Juliette style sleeve. Has no size tags but see measurements in photos. Somewhat flexible on sizing since the bust and waistline stretch - max measurements also included. The dress buttons up the front and is collared. In good vintage condition but has some minor black scuffs - see pics.
