Good used condition. Manual has small tear and cosmetic wear but is complete. Missing the pieces to make the small table and the ice cream for on top, but there are some extra pieces included that you can make a different table with. A few light pink flowers are missing, but there are extra dark pink ones. One light green 2x4 flat piece is missing as well as one dark purple pole.
