Enchanting antique limb doll / biscuit porcelain doll from German manufactory

The little doll's house resident wears a crocheted dress shops with a matching cap. The head has loosened somewhat over the years: the wire inside is no longer quite tight.
The little girl has an age-appropriate patina with paint abrasion here and there, and is otherwise in good condition.
