This doll weighs about 4 pounds. Doll can be scented with pure lavender essential oil, or unscented. The body is made of double layered and double stitched cotton muslin for durability. The base of the doll body is rounded (no legs) and weighted, as are the arms. The head and hands are sculpted in the Waldorf tradition, using wool that is hand washed and carded by me from my very own sheep, and covered in quality medium weight DeWitte 100% cotton knit in your choice of skin tone. The outer bunting and hat are made of cotton velour in a variety of colours. The hat can be "eared" or peaked as in the photos. If you would like a custom colour for the velour, please contact me.
